What operating system can I use with SmartGMAIL, SmartOUTLOOK, SmartPASTE and SmartEMAIL?

Core versions

SmartEMAIL, SmartGMAIL, SmartPASTE and SmartOUTLOOK work with Windows machines. Beyond this, if you use a Mac, and access Raiser's Edge using a locally hosted/installed Citrix environment then all the products can be installed within that Citrix environment and will work.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
  1. If you use Blackbaud hosting the above product versions will not work, this is just a limitation on hosting and installing custom applications unfortunately.
  2. Unfortunately neither SmartGMAIL or SmartOUTLOOK work with IOS systems ie iPad, iPhones or Android. However SmartEMAIL will work with these systems.

Other versions

There are other versions of the above products though that do work with Macs and Blackbaud hosting: SmartOUTLOOK NXT, SmartGMAIL NXT and SmartEMAIL all work with Macs.
