What does SmartGMAIL NXT choose as the default Action status in NXT?
Within NXT Web interface, SmartGMAIL NXT supports:
1. If there is a checkbox for Action Status, SmartGMAIL ticks the 'Action Completed' option.
2. If there is a select dropdown, SmartGMAIL NXT defaults to either 'Closed' or 'Completed', whichever is available first.
