Mapping consent from your Access NFP Forms to consent in Raiser's Edge

Note: The words entered into the left hand column need to match your form consent labels exactly as demonstrated in the image. The 

The values in the right hand column will be used later in the wizard to map to Raiser's Edge consent options. They should be kept simple and clearly define the type of consent expressed i.e. email.

Finally, make sure your form's consent options are Opt In statements i.e. 'Yes, I'd like to receive emails' and not Opt Out such as 'No, I do not want to receive emails'.
