SmartSYNC: Receive email notifications from EventBrite
Eventbrite provide a notification system that allows you to trigger a flow in SmartSYNC in response to a webhook event. These webhooks are configured on the
EventBrite 'Add webhook' feature and then notify our SmartSYNC flow to send you an email.
To set these up:
- Create your SmartSYNC flow using our wizard and the 'SmartEVENTBRITE notifications' template. You will specify your notification email address during this process.
- Click 'View flows' and then click the cog on the right of the new 'Eventbrite notification' flow
- Edit the first step and copy the webhook URL:
- Go to EventBrite's 'Add webhook' feature page
- Paste in the URL and then under actions select the events you wish to monitor. Usually this would be order.updated and order.refunded:
- Click 'Add webhook'
The notifications should now be active and you will receive notifications for future events.
