SmartSYNC: Receive email notifications from EventBrite

Eventbrite provide a notification system that allows you to trigger a flow in SmartSYNC in response to a webhook event. These webhooks are configured on the EventBrite 'Add webhook' feature and then notify our SmartSYNC flow to send you an email.

To set these up:
  1. Create your SmartSYNC flow using our wizard and the 'SmartEVENTBRITE notifications' template. You will specify your notification email address during this process.
  2. Click 'View flows' and then click the cog on the right of the new 'Eventbrite notification' flow
  3. Edit the first step and copy the webhook URL:
  4. Go to EventBrite's 'Add webhook' feature page
  5. Paste in the URL and then under actions select the events you wish to monitor.  Usually this would be order.updated and order.refunded:
  6. Click 'Add webhook'
The notifications should now be active and you will receive notifications for future events.
