SmartSYNC: Monitoring prospect status changes

You may wish to sync or perform an action when a constituents prospect status changes. This can be accomplished through the use of our 'Instant notification of record changes' event step and setting the Event types to 'Prospect add' and 'Prospect change'. 

You can choose to continue the flow or trigger another. As an example: In the case of email marketing platform syncs you would usually set the step to trigger the RENXT to email marketing platform flow.
