SmartSYNC: Education edge candidates to Email Marketing Systems

When configuring this integration we must create a custom list within the schools system which will allow us to monitor candidate records. 

To do this:
  1. Log into Education Edge with an admin account (or an account with full privileges for lists)
  2. Go to Reporting > Manage Lists
  3. Click 'Manage basic and advanced lists'
  4. Create a new list
  5. Under 'Select Objects' select the below areas:
  6. Under 'Display Fields' select and edit the fields as below:
  7. Under 'Filters' add the below filters:
Save the list as [EMS NAME] candidates - CAMPUSTOURATTENDED i.e. Mailchimp candidates - CAMPUSTOURATTENDED

Provide this name to the SmartTHING team when they are configuring the sync for you.
