Step 1: Install SmartSOCIAL ZOHO
Ensure that the SmartSOCIAL ZOHO extension is installed. If not, please read this
article to set-up SmartSOCIAL.
Step 2: Verify access to a PRO Subscription
SmartSOCIAL ZOHO PRO is initially disabled for all users (screenshot below).

Once you have entered your license details (in Step 1) you should then revisit your settings using the cog icon in the SmartSOCIAL bar. If PRO is enabled you will see, under the 'PRO features' heading, a green 'ENABLED' banner. If you do not see these please
contact our team.

Step 3: [Optional] Enable FullContact with SmartSOCIAL ZOHO PRO
We have integrated a third party service with SmartSOCIAL ZOHO to provide additional insights into your constituents, for a subscription. Should you wish to use their service, you arrange that fee directly with them. NOTE: They have a free subscription level which allows you to try their service within certain usage limits (currently 500 look ups per month).
To set-up your subscription and receive an API key please register at their
website and validate your details. Within SmartSOCIAL settings, paste in the key in the API key input, and click 'Save'. SmartSOCIAL ZOHO will now display additional information using FullContact API.
Step 4: Use SmartSOCIAL ZOHO PRO
With PRO enabled you will see an additional icon in the SmartSOCIAL bar: a magnifying glass with a plus inside it. Clicking on this will cause our research tool to launch with information on the current Lead or Contact.
