Problems? Cookie security issues
Most issues resolve around cookie security. To log in to the LinkedIn sidebar, users must allow third-party cookies in their browser. This is because LinkedIn is not your CRM; it is another website. To display it, and log in within a sidebar, you need to allow cookies from a third-party website that is not your CRM.
In Chrome, this is easily done in Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies > Allow third-party cookies.
All other browsers have a similar setting.
