SmartSOCIAL: Continual prompts to login, a black screen or sessionStorage errors shown in the Chrome console

First check here is to log into LinkedIn in another web browser tab and try again. If that still does not work and you are prompted to log in again please follow the below process. This is usually caused by permission errors due to your settings within Chrome.

You need to allow cookies within Chrome > Chrome menu > Settings > Privacy and Security > 'Sites that can always use cookies'. You would add the below entries:
  1. [*.]linkedin.com
  2. [*.]blackbaud.com
Which should result in the below:
