When running SmartGMAIL or SmartOUTLOOK with Outlook 2007, our default keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl Shift R & Ctrl Shift S) are instead Outlook 2007 shortcuts which take priority.

We suggest that you change the shortcuts in the settings pop-up by clicking on the SmartGMAIL or SmartOUTLOOK icon in the program tray and selecting Settings. We have tested out CTRL F1 and CTRL F2 as good replacements. You must enter these in the appropriate boxes by entering the following ^{F1} and ^{F2} .

Save the changes, and restart SmartOUTLOOK or SmartGMAIL. The shortcuts should now work.
