Problems adding emails - data in wrong fields or time out occurs

Unfortunately due to the way our tools work the font size for windows title bar needs to be the default windows setting.

If you increase the font size you will see several issues which are mainly due to the way we have to work with hosted and non-hosted Raiser's Edge and the limitations that imposes on us. We have to simulate key and mouse presses and those do involve coordinates that are dependent on the height of the windows title bar.

So to get the tool to work reset your windows font size to default (Smaller 100%).
